Higher Education Commission (HEC) is inviting applications from researchers and faculty from public sector universities and private universities with the right to submit applications for Higher Education Commission support in the Programme. The Higher Education Commission ( Higher Education Commission ), Pakistan invites applications from professors and researchers from public sector universities as well as eligible private institutions to submit applications for HEC funds through the Travel Programme.

HEC Travel Grant For Pakistani Researchers 2024 MS, M.Phil, PhD Students
The funds will be transferred to the school concerned according to the award approved upon filing the reimbursement request within 3 (03) months from the date of the event. According to the eligibility requirements, The Paper Author must be a faculty member (except guest faculty) or an MSor M.Philor PhD scholar from the public sector.

The applications should be submitted by applicants in a soft format through the HEC website (hard original copy) for a minimum of 60 days prior to the date of the event date(s) together with the necessary documents.

The papers of the peer reviewers are published and archived. The ORICs head/Head of Research in the appropriate HEI will accept the application on the HEC on the online platform: research.hec.gov.pk.
