FCPS Part 1 Syllabus The Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan or FCPS is an examination that medical graduates in Pakistan as part of their postgraduate education. FCPS is the most prestigious post-graduation examination to become specialist doctors in Pakistan and is recognized by Middle East Countries. The postgraduate certificate is granted by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP).
